Medical Insurance
Patients often have both medical and vision insurance. Medical insurance covers exams where any medical condition that can affect the eyes is evaluated. After your examination, the doctor will determine to which insurance the exam will be filed. Glasses and/or contact lenses might still be filed to your vision insurance even if the exam is filed to your medical insurance. Examples of medical conditions include diabetes, high blood pressure, taking high-risk medications, eye diseases, lazy eye, Infections, dry eyes, allergies, cataracts, crossed eyes, and more.
We accept most major medical insurance, including:

We do not participate in Medicaid.
Vision Insurance
Vision insurance covers routine eye examinations and helps to pay for glasses or contact lenses. We accept most major vision insurance including:
